This
is the highest
level for calculating the totals. It is advisable to have an extra
"client" for the travel items, in order to keep the travelling time
totals separate from the working time totals. |
| Project |
For each client there can be one or several projects.
For travel
items the vehicle name can be used as a project (if you enter mileages,
the current mileage will be saved for the vehicle).

| Task |
For
each project there can be one or several tasks. This is the lowest
level for calculating the totals. For travel items a name for the path
taken can be used as a task (if you enter a distance, it will be saved
for the path). |
| Item |
This
is a working or
travelling time entry. The duration is calculated as the minutes
between from-time and to-time, optionally diminished by a pause. |
