Settings

Theme

The color theme Light or Black can be selected. It will take effect only after restarting the app.

Decimal Point

A point or comma to be used when formatting decimal values.

First Day of Week

You set the first day of a week, which is typically either Sunday or Monday, but can be any day. It is used for the weekly totals.

Date Format

The date format used in CSV export files and on the Edit Time screen can be selected from a list. The selections System and Default are two ways to retrieve the system settings and should normally be the same. You may check the result by opening the Edit Time screen (the Date field is formatted according to the selection).

Time Format

The time can be formatted according to the local phone settings or in the 24h format (mm:hh).

Minutes Format

The time passed can be shown in decimal hours or in hours:minutes.

Rounding Mode

The time passed can be rounded up or down to 6 (10th hour), 10 or 15 minutes and to nearest 10 or 15 minutes. Changing this option will not change existing time entries. If after rounding there are no minutes left in a new time entry, then the original end time is restored and 1 minute is put in the hours and pause fields in order to document this entry (instead of deleting it).

Round Starting Time

By default only the end time is adjusted after rounding the number of minutes between start and end time. Optionally also the start time can be rounded (using the same rounding mode).

Decimal Point

A point or comma to be used when formatting decimal values.

First Day of Week

You set the first day of a week, which is typically either Sunday or Monday, but can be any day. It is used for the weekly totals.

Number of days in main list

It makes no sense to always show all the time items on the main screen, so they are limited to a few (typically 32) days. You may open a list with all time items of a year or all the years by menu options on the totals screen.

Condense daily times

If checked, then multiple entries for the same client/project/task are cumulated when exporting a CSV file or sending an HTML report.

Store Locations

When checked, then the GPS position is stored in the notes field of time entries. There can be two values (one when inserted, another when updated).

Multiple Timers Active

When checked, then multiple timers can be started on the Timers screen without automatically stopping other timers.

Use Amount1 as Fixed Fee

If you wish to use fixed fees for individual time items, then you may set this option and enter the fee in the Amount1 field of the time item. The Amount1 field must also be checked as billable. Normally the Amount1 value is then just added to the Billable Amount, but the duration of the time entry may also be multiplied by an hourly rate and added to the Billable Amount. With this option the duration is not used for the calculation.

Amount1/2/3

You may give a label to the Amount1/2/3 fields and specify the number of decimals to be used for the values. There is a checkbox to indicate that the amount should be included in the billable amount calculated for clients with hourly rates.

Decimals

You may specify the number of decimals to be used for the mileage, distance and hourly rate values.

Email To/CC

You may specify default email addresses to be used when sending export files or reports by email. If you specify more than one address, they must be separated by a comma.

Currency symbol

The currency symbol or currency code is used when showing amounts that are calculated with the hourly rate of a client.

SD Card Directory

You may specify a directory on the SD card where all export files will be stored. It is created automatically when writing a file.
